Red Popper Peppers are small, about the size of a golf ball.
The plant grows to about 2-3 feet tall and produces and abundant number of peppers. They are delicious raw or as an appetizer; simply
cut the top off, use a small knife to scoop out the seeds, stuff with cheese or hummus
and heat in the oven for 5 minutes. If you're looking for a high yield plant, this is it!
